Am I up against a meddling pious bunch of wankers from Mormon country who will go to any lengths to stop me downloading stuff, or is my phone line faulty? ;-)-- *..· ´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ .·´ -:¦:- *POD {Ò¿Ó}* -:¦:--:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*Suggestion : get the "experimental" client, not the official client.Reasoning : the official client has no load restriction capability, and will flood your tcp/ip stack, so nothing else can access the internet.The experimental client has sliders and presets, so you can set it to upload as dialup/isdn only with a limited number of uplink connections, and this saved me a lot of problems.I`m not sure quite how AOheLl works, but if it`s not able to get "out", perhaps that`s why the connection is crapping out all the time for you.The experimental client can be found here, but... if you can see an older version, i`d be tempted to say try that first - i`m not too keen on the new 3.2.1b client and the way it shrinks to the systray, and the previous version 3.2.1 seemed to show quite a few hash check errors which I didn`t get in the older version - I didn`t have any problems with the older version either.
